1. Pre-Order Process
-How It Works :SwimKeenies operates a pre-order model to minimize waste. Customers pay a 50% deposit to reserve a limited-edition bikini. Production takes approximately 8-12 weeks in our ethical, PETA-Approved Vegan facility in Brazil. When your bikini arrives from the manufacturer, we will email you at katherine@swimkeenies.com to pay the remaining 50% balance. Your order will ship for free worldwide within 7 days of balance payment.
– Balance Payment: You must pay the remaining 50% within 7 days of receiving the balance invoice. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation, with the deposit refunded minus a 10% processing fee.
– Production Timeline: While we aim for 8-12 weeks delivery, delays may occur due to manufacturing or shipping constraints. If delays exceed 3 months, you may request a full refund or switch to another design.

2. Refunds and Cancellations
– Deposit Refunds: Deposits are refundable within 7 days of placing your pre-order. Email katherine@swimkeenies.com to request a refund.
– Cancellations: You may cancel your pre-order within 7 days for a full deposit refund. After this period, cancellations are subject to production status and may incur a 10% processing fee.
– Delayed Orders: If production exceeds 3 months, you may choose a full refund or an alternative design. Contact katherine@swimkeenies.com for assistance.
– Defective Products: If your bikini arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of receipt at katherine@swimkeenies.com for a replacement or refund, subject to inspection.

3. Shipping
– Free Shipping: SwimKeenies offers free worldwide shipping on all pre-orders, dispatched within 7 days of balance payment. Tracking details will be provided via email.
– Customs and Duties: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. SwimKeenies is not liable for delays due to customs processes.
– Delivery Issues: If your order is lost or delayed in transit, contact katherine@swimkeenies.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date to resolve the issue.

4. Recycling Program
– Return-to-Recycle: When your SwimKeenie reaches the end of its life, return it to katherine@swimkeenies.com for upcycling into unique abstract art. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
– Condition: Returned bikinis must be clean and in reasonable condition for upcycling. SwimKeenies reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.

5. Intellectual Property
– All artwork and designs on SwimKeenies bikinis are the intellectual property of our founder and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs is prohibited.

6. Product Use and Care
– SwimKeenies bikinis are designed for versatility (beach, casual, or evening wear) with UV-protective, EcoSense® fabric. Follow care instructions provided with your order to ensure longevity.
– SwimKeenies is not liable for damage due to improper use, washing, or wear beyond normal conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
– SwimKeenies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including delays in production or shipping, to the extent permitted by law.
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

8. Privacy

9. Governing Law
– These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Australian consumer law, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
